And I think we’re live good morning. Here we are. Um, today we’re going through a seat. Last week, we went through some tax auctions in Texas, Dallas county Tarrant county. This week, we’re going to go over to the Florida area. We’re going to hit up Miami-Dade um, today and then we’ll and some other videos.
We’ll do some things like in Broward county, in Brevard county. Anyway, we’re starting here. It’s gonna be the same kind of thing. No, third-party software required. All you need to do is just run a simple little bit of code I’ve created. And it’ll automatically collect all these auctions for you can easily create them and put them into a CSV or a spreadsheet file.
So here we go. Um, this is where their tax auctions are at the Miami Dade. That real foreclose.com. You can get the link here and there’ll be in the comments. This, uh, this just is what it’s called you. Come over here, you copy this, you paste this in your URL and browser PayGo. Um, this brings your calendar.
So this is all the auctions coming up. So you select which option you want to go to. So let’s say we want to do this one. That’s on the 17th, go here like that. And then we go over to this. We copy our functions, which is right here. See our two functions all the way down to there. You paste them. Then your dev tools right here.
I don’t, we didn’t go over how to open dev tools. Libby is going to closed, right click. We’re going to say inspect. We’re going to click on console and we’re all dev are. And then we will have our dev tools here. Then we’ll paste it in there. That we have our functions. Then we go over here and all you do.
You see this one command right here you go over here. You paste it there at the bottom, but you have to look to see how many pages total there are. See, this is three. So you’d go over here and change this number to whatever number of pages you have and this case three. So we go enter, every auction could be different like this.
Now, what does that, that means it’s done. Did you go over here? I wonder if I could include this copy of this right here. That copy of here, paste it in there. Copy auctions. And now it should be on a clipboard. We come over here and we say, okay, bam done. That’s pretty impressive. Right? I think it is personally.
Um, so we can come over here, get all those properties that were 24 auctions. I think we saw here yet three there’s, some closed ones down here, but uh, so have one page. Two page three page. I was all messed up because of my code, but there we go should be 24 properties. It doesn’t say one, two, three, four, all my stuff.
Cause a little messed up here too. But with the zip code right here, I’m not too worried about that. Um, there you go. There it is three minutes, two minutes, man. I was fast. I coded. Better than last time. So there we go. Um, yeah, if you want more of this kind of data or other cool stuff I can do is find you, tell me what county you’re looking for, let me know, and I’ll go through and I’ll see what I can do to find, um, do a script like this, to find it.
I can also do things like, you know, make this happen every day or every week or whatever you’re looking for. We can get, um, contact information, skip tracing then for all of these people, if you’re looking to reach out to them. Um, so that’s it. Um, thanks.
